How it works

How Senatio deploys engineering

Senatio engagements start with the problem, not with a predetermined staffing model. We determine what needs to change, what engineering capability is required, how deeply Senatio needs to embed, and what ownership model gives the mission the best chance of succeeding.

From context to production

The sequence

Six deliberate stages keep the intervention aligned with the outcome and accountable through production.

  1. Understand

We enter the environment and understand the problem in context. Systems. Users. Constraints. Architecture. Existing teams. Operational reality.

  2. Define

We determine what outcome matters and which engineering intervention is appropriate:

    • One embedded FDE
    • An embedded engineering team
    • A turnkey build
    • A complete engineering organization
  3. Deploy

Senatio deploys the appropriate engineering capability into the problem.

  4. Build

Engineers work directly with the people and systems involved and carry the work into production.

  5. Stabilize

Production is not the finish line. We make sure the system works in its real environment.

  6. Stay or hand over

Senatio can remain embedded, operate the capability, expand it, or hand over a clean working system.
